6-ply maple/gum shell pack
Gumwood has been used in the most sought-after Gretsch kits of the ’50s and ’60s. The USA Custom Round Badge adds maple to the traditional shell recipe, yielding added bite and dimensionality to better serve modern miking applications. Tom shells come crowned with 4mm die-cast hoops and Gretsch Permatone (by Remo) heads for a cutting attack and great tone and tuning right out of the box.
30-degree bearing edges
